I am trying to find a way to submit a form via Zoho People when they want to request a day to work from home. I have created a "Job" in Zoho People that they can use to track payroll on that day. However, is there a way to create something that sends an approval request to HR. Even if it is not directly related to the clocking in/out function? So essentially, a pre-form they create and send to HR to be approved, requesting permission to work from home. This creates some sort of "paper" trail to HR and employee of the request.
I don't want to give every employee a set amount of days to work from home to request from. It just depends on what type of weather we have. Then it will look like they have 10 days a year to stay home and that is not what I want to do. Any help on this would be great!
