I am looking for an all inclusive work order management system. I need something that can track work orders, return statistics, handle inventory management, track employee and contractor performance, etc...
We also receive grades on several different metrics and receive multiple daily reports from our parent company regarding our performance. We would like to be able to take all of the reports we get to merge them into one report that is easy to read and easy to manipulate.
I wanted to see if Zoho is the right program for what I am looking to do and also what type of program within zoho would be best suited for what I want. I would think an online data base would be ideal for this situation. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
