I want to view my teams entire pipeline of work - I want to clearly see the "work Planned" Hours for each task and each team member with a total number of Hours assigned for each team member for that week. 

It looks as though the resource utilization feature is the best way to do this, However why doesn't  "total work allocated hours" include the "work planned" for over due tasks? 

If something isn't completed and its overdue, obviously the pipeline should allow for those hours of work in the following weeks "total work allocated" ?

How do i get a full over view of this?
