Like every business imaginable, we offer discounts to our customers. The Quote form enables you to add a line item discount using either a flat discount or a % discount (which then automatically calculates the discount amount). Wonderful.

However, Quotes does not automatically calculate the total discount under Sub Total by adding all of the line item discounts. In addition, when exporting the Quote to PDF, there is no way to show the line item discounts (either by their dollar amount or %).

Quotes are such a fundamental and important part of CRM so I'm curious why Zoho is lacking this basic functionality.

Does anyone have a workaround for these issues?
