Workdrive CRM Extension iFrame/Widget is completely unusable
Am I the only one who finds the Workdrive CRM extension to be completely unusable lately? The iFrame/Widget for the related list on any record or module loads endlessly and I cannot remember the last time it populated with the files or let me upload a file directly from the record page or do anything within the widget period.
I was concerned about this previously when I was debating the migration from the attachments module/related list to Workdrive due to pricing for CRM data storage. It was always slow but I figured it would get better and I made the switch and have been solely using Workdrive instead of attachments which I had to change a lot of processes for. But it has not got better and in fact only worse to the point it is now completely unusable. The only way to use the integration is to click on the folder link generated that populates into the field under details and go to the native workdrive website. The iFrame or Widget Workdrive related list with CRM is simply a static loading symbol and blank space permanently no matter how long you wait or how many times you refresh.
I like that it is cross platform and would be absolutely amazing if it actually worked but it simply doesn't.
Is there a reason that the native integration never loads or works? Is this being worked on and on the way to being fixed? As I said, I love the idea but if it doesn't even work.....
