I opened a ticket the first days of January, and it has been an absolute nightmare been able to get support to even acknowledge my error.
After having followed all help and instructions from apple and Zoho found online, I reached out to Zoho support, as the issue persisted... only to be provided with the same instructions. 🙄And even after having a remote session, and the agent looking at my mac and all that has been done!

Hello Angel,
It was nice talking to you a while ago!
As discussed on the call, please update your Mac Big Sur to its latest version. Also, w
e see that you are using the new MacBook M1. For Mac with Apple chip, Apple has advised the user to set the security policy to Reduced Security, as in the link below:
_______________
For starters the option (App Store & Identified Developers) would not be available in this menu, if the security had not being changed to Reduced Security.
After approving the Benjamin Fleischer software, it asks for a reboot.
After reboot, it throughs all the following messages:
And this final error saying:
The approval does not get approved, and its an endless loop fo asking reboots of the machine, with the same errors etc. This is not an issue with the regular Zoho WorkDrive, without True Sync.
In summary, Zoho workdrive staff has no idea what is going on. I can only assume is something related with the new M1 chip and its architecture .. i got an email today saying they are looking into it.
This would have been a great way of answering in the first place, instead of having me do the same things over and over again, without listening to me, and actually trying to provide support.
So just documenting all these errors, in the case anyone else comes across these issues.
If you are thinking of upgrading to the latest macs, and heavily rely on Zoho WD as i do, you might want to wait out till the Zoho WD team figure how to make TS work.
