Hi,
I am helping a client integrate his Zoho CRM with an external application and using email alerts to enable the same.
From the testing, I see that the workflow which is configured to send out an email during Edit, does not get triggered. I tried using Execute On as
Create or Edit option and also as separate
Create and
Edit options and configuring separate Email templates, but still emails were triggered only during
Create.
The workflows were created for
Tasks module and for edit action, I tried updating the due-date, notes and task name too.
The client is on a Professional Edition, with 3 active, paid users.

Kindly let me know if there is some configuration issue (which I doubt, because the similar configuration for
Create is working without issues) or if there is some known issue / limitation which is preventing the workflow from executing.
