Having finally got workflow alerts working, I have a few questions and an observation
a) The test workflow alert emails that I created are either incredibly slow, or don't always work. Is there some kind of a problem I should know about?
b) Aside from emailing pre-designated people after a workflow rule, I would like to have one of my email templates sent to customers after a workflow trigger - is there a way to this. It would be a bit faster than using the email templates in the conventional way.
b) I would like to have individual time-stamps attached to certain things. For example, if I check a box that says: "sent info email to customer" -- I would like this action to be automatically time-stamped (and the customer to be automatically emailed from the designated template email).
