We have used the Cases Module in Zoho and modified it to resemble our internal “Trade Record” sheet. The trade record sheet captures all the relevant info for the sale of a property (address, agents, price, fees and commissions etc). Now we would like to integrate an approval process (workflow) into the Trade Record that escalates (emails/notify) for:
1.) Fee Split agreement --- (emails to agents on deal to click approve on the commission they received for the sale--- will be multiple agents)
2.) Office Manager Sign off --- (then route to manager to approve with a click)
3.) Lock the trade record and only give accounting permission to edit the trade. (then route to accounting to final approve and lock the record).
Can we use Zoho's out of the box workflow capabilities to accomplish this or would we need to write our own code to accomplish?
