I have a two part question. We have customers that to through a 30 day trial. We want to send them an e-mail on the 3rd day, 15th day, and 25 day of the trial. We would like to automate this process. What is the best way to go about this?
Do we need to create fields that are 3rd Day of Trial, 15th Day of Trial, etc and create an e-mail rule based off those fields?
Also, if we create a rule that says (Field) IS "After" Today, will it send that e-mail just once, or will it send it every single day, since it technically is after today.
