Workflow - Automating the Creation of Tickets?
Hi,
Is it possible to automate tickets creation when a sales status is obtained ?
For example, everytime my sale status changes to « Won », I would like to have a workflow rule that automatically creates a Ticket for the technician to receive to set up the installation of the product.
Right now I'm looking strictly within the CRM but in a near future, I would love to do that through an integration with Zoho Desk.

The 'Actions by Zoho Flow' feature allows to perform actions in other applications based on the activity within the CRM records.
