I have a problem on triggering email automation on workflow. FYI, my company is doing international properties as well as organise events for clients. When they register with us (we are using Unbounce.com), it will goes to our crm database and they will get a Thank You email template from us.
How can I divide or trigger the email template into two: one for properties and one for events for the new leads that register with us? Because the content in the email template is different based on what they wanna register.
