Workflow Automation - Create New Module
Hi all,
Looking for some help and guidance here.
I have a standard Sales Process set up, Lead ---Account -- Potential ---Quote
What I want to do is:
When a quote status is set to Accepted I want the Potential Stage to be set to Closed Won. I then want to create a Sales Order which pulls in the line items from the Quote.
Then to add another layer to this, when a Sales Order is marked as complete I want another Workflow to kick in and create a custom module called "Warranty Contract" which is populated with the line items from the Sales Order.
Sounds Simple and easy right?
My problem is....I can't figure out how to create the workflow rule to create the modules based on a field update.
Any guidance would be very much appreciated.
