Workflow Automation - Link Back to Case Details in CRM

I have created workflow rules based on the creation of a new case.  The workflow sends out an email with case details. 

What I believe this is seriously lacking is a hyperlink back to the case details in Zoho, so that the user may just click the link (assuming they're logged into Zoho CRM) and review the details of the case and/or take action within Zoho.

Currently the user has to login and lookup the case - this is wasted effort in my opinion.

Is it possible to do what I'm looking for?
