Workflow automation - missing email field

Workflow automation - missing email field

Hello
I opened a free account. I linked it to our Zoho mail and verified it.
Now I would like to set up an automation so that emails arriving from our address generate a lead.
However, in the automation section, when I try and create a new workflow rule, there is no module called EMAIL in the scroll down menu so I do not know how to set this up.
Can you please help? Thanks
