Workflow/ automation not working with integrations (Zoho Livedesk and Unbounce)

Hi,
We have a workflow rule that creates a task (follow up) every time a new lead is created.

When we manually create leads or when leads a created via our contact form (from Zoho creator) this rule is executed and it works just fine.

But when a new lead is created via Zoho Livedesk OR Unbounce, then the rule is not executed and no task is assigned...

How come?
