Workflow Automation Task

Hi I would like to ask for some help or idea on how to maximize the use of Workflow Automation, I've created some workflow process and has instant action for the tasks, but I have more than 5 tasks which limits me to add more tasks on each workflow process. Any recommendation on how to add more tasks? Also how to create Pipeline stages like on Insightly? Is it possible here in Zoho?
