I hope someone can help me solving this problem. I have created a workflow procedure, so everytime that a accounts' field is modified it will trigger a task to do. I have thought to modify that field through an account import to Zoho, meaning that I don't need to modify that field manually, I can do it in batch when i import the data with the modified field in it.

I have tried this but it doesn't work, data is imported perfectly and the field is modified but the rule doesn't trigger. It is like that field was not modified. Please if someone can give me some piece of advise i would be grateful. Thanks in advance
