Workflow Condition for Field Update based on Previous Setting

We have a workflow that sets a task for when the Account Status is updated to Customer. However, we only want it to trigger when the prior status was Open. We have multiple statuses that an Account may be in so we do not want it to trigger the workflow if the prior status was anything other than Open.

I can't seem to figure out how to accomplish this. Any ideas?
