Workflow Error

Hi,

- I am trying to create a workflow that updates a field when a record is edited.
- The only criteria is that the "Potential Owner" is one particular user.

The workflow words, except for when I create the rule: "Potential Owner" is "user x".

Can anyone suggest what I may be doing wrong?
