Workflow field update does not fork for me

Workflow field update does not fork for me

Hi, I have two workflows in Envent Modul:

One sends a special notification to the Lead about the meeting that we have arranged.
Second send the same information in case of field update: Location, From,

Unfortunately the second workflow does not send any emails.

I have created the second workflow by cloning the first one and just change the Execute On from Create new record to Field Update.
