I was hoping somebody could help me. I currently have a list of leads that I have imported but before I went ahead and called them I wanted to set up a workflow so that when. If I move the prospect from leads to either potentials or contacts a template pdf would go out automatically to that address dependent on where I put them. Is this possible? How do I go about doing this?
