Workflow Issue on Import

I need the capability to have a set of Workflow rules automatically attach to leads as they are imported into ZOHO CRM. This is not one task, but a series of 10 tasks which should occur at intervals up to 100 days out. How can one accomplish this. I see how to set up workrules, but they don't appear to work on imported leads.

Is this something I and I alone need?
