Hello! 

I have Zoho Forms integrated into Zoho CRM (all the questions mapped) as well as "trigger workflow rules" in Zoho Forms selected. I am creating an email/text sequence in Workflow CRM based on form questions. i.e. if a customer leaves a field blank, we will trigger an email and text reminder. 

The issue I am having is that 1) the conditions are not working when I test the form even though they are mapped in our module and in Zoho Forms integration correctly. I am not getting that email or text trigger. 2) The scheduled action is grey and won't allow me to use that feature. 

Does anyone have any insight on these two problems? Thank you in advance!
