Using workflows in WorkDrive to implement a document review process has been extremely helpful in my organization. 

The only problem is that other users who have access to the document via standard document sharing rules are unable to edit the document. There needs to be an option within the workflow to allow any users with editing access to the document to edit the document, while the users assigned to the workflow are required to trigger the workflow actions. 

This will maintain the collaboration capabilities of an online tool while enforcing responsibility for workflow actions. 

The current configuration requires me to frequently manually remove documents from workflows then edit the users assigned to the workflow and restart it forcing some steps to be repeated.
