Workflow Rule edited field trigger - Is there a way to exclude a field as a trigger?

I have a Workflow Rule set to send an email when a Closed won deal has been edited. Theres some fields that are periodically updated via functions (automatically), and i dont want the rule to trigger when this specific field is edited since it floods my inbox with lots of email notifications. I've seen that i have the option to select all fields or only specified fields to trigger the rule, but the options are limited and only 5 fields can be selected. 

Is there a way to specify which field i dont want the rule to trigger on or create an exception? Thanks!
