Workflow Rule Issue. Incoming email

Hi. 
I have an issue. Workflow Rule on Incoming email does not work. 
I want to update the custom field when a new email has been received.
In the screenshot, you can see my rules.

P.S I checked these rules for outgoing emails. It works correctly.
      I also connected CRM with mail.zoho.com. I can see incoming/outgoing emails inside Lead.
