Workflow Rule not able to connect to Module

Hello!

I've been trying to create a workflow rule that would link 2 modules together, yet I cannot figure out how to do it. We are trying to write a workflow that will hide fields in the 'Account' module, if the 'Account' module is linked to the 'Product' module, via certain products.

An example is:
'Account' field "Product1 Revenue" is hidden if 'Product' "Product1" is selected on the account.

I am attaching a screen shot of what the Account looks like. Is there a way to write this workflow? Or should I approach this differently?
