Hi All,

I realised today that we are having the following issue. We have a workflow that needs to update to fields based on an action. One of these fields is in the same record (Deal), is associated with a blueprint stage and is being successful every single time. The other field update is in an associated record (Contact), also associated to a blueprint stage in Contacts, and is failing every single time.

What might be causing this? Is it possible to update a stage in a blueprint through a workflow? As per my understanding, workflows have priority/higher hierarchy over blueprint transitions.

How can I solve this? I can't rely on the users to go and manually execute the transition when the automation triggers successfully the other one.

Any advice?
