Workflow rule triggered by new email attached to contact?

Hi Team,,

I would like to trigger a new workflow action based on a new email being attached to a Contact record. Is this possible? I am using Zoho Enterprise?

Essentially I am adding an email to a Contact record via the BCC Dropbox function. When the email is attached to the contact record I want to fire and event.

There does not appear to be an option for this in the Field Update List in Workflow automation.
