I have a workflow that is started when a STAGE field is changed to "Contract OK"

it then has a series of tasks counting down to date held in a field "Contract start date"

During that count down the STAGE field will be changed to "Expected Live"

Will the changing of the STAGE field halt the workflow?

So would I need a workflow for "Contract OK" and another for "Expected Live"
