Workflow Rules - Candidate associated to Job Openings

Hi, I would like to share an idea which is a customer requirement.

Requesting For:
  1. To have a workflow rule for Job Opening,
    1. This workflow will trigger once upon a Candidate is associated to a Job Opening.

Here is sample requirement from the customer:
  1. I have fields for my Job Opportunities in Zoho Recruit called Tech and Geography that specify the primary technology of the job opportunity as well as the location of the job opportunity. If a candidate applies to that job it would be great to be able to auto-assign the same technology and geography to the Tech and Geography fields of the Candidate so that the system knows for the future that the candidate is interested in those technologies/locations
