I have 5 SMS messages that I need to send.   I want to stop sending additional ones if the "Enquiry Status" is "Contacted"

How do I do this in a work flow?  

Here is what I have for the first one...it goes out when the lead is created.

Here is the 2nd one that I have...but it is not working.
