Hello,

 

I created a series of tasks and even numbered them 1 - 5 to try to avoid them being out of order.  No joy.  How to I get them to show up in the correct order?  Please advise.

 

Also - I used a lead source as a trigger for this workflow.  I created a dummy lead to test and nothing happened.  I have created this to help train new employees.  How do I create an email trigger to go along with this?  Please advise.
