Issue with Business Days vs Days in Workflow Rules
Hello,
We have several workflow rules setup to create cases when a project is created in CRM. These workflows use the "create record" action to create a case with a due date based on the project's bid date minus a certain # of business days (see clip below for an example). However, in execution, the case due dates are being set based on "days" not "business days". For example, where the bid date is 2/21, the case in the clip below is created with a due date of 2/11 - 10 days before the bid date, but not 10 business days before the bid date.
Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there a fix or a programming step that I'm missing to get the dates set relative to business days?
