I am setting up our workflows for better automation. I see that I can only have 3 field updates per workflow (is there an upgrade option)?
I have a workflow that updates 2 date fields; one in Contact module and one in Account module, based on the edit of "Status" in a contact field.
I created a second workflow on an opportunity that updates the "Status" field on the contact record. I have 2 other fields that need to be updated (so my 3 are used). I am wondering why the workflow configured for edit of "Status" on the contact is not triggered and set into motion on the edit of "Status" from the workflow change of an opportunity status.
Wouldn't true Automation work this way? What other option would I use here?
