I would like to have a workflow rule in projects that is triggered by the follow-up date.  I want it to keep going for all projects and be triggered the day to two days before the follow-up date occurs.  So the rule would have to be something like 

Next follow-up            is             tomorrowplustwo or todayplustwo...
