Workflow Triggered on Delete & Criteria Pattern Editor for Reports

Here is a list of our latest updates in Zoho CRM:
Workflow Triggered on Delete: Workflow rules can be triggered when a record is created, modified or when a particular field is updated. Now, workflow rules can also be triggered when a record is deleted.
Say, you administrator wants to get notified when a record with certain criteria is deleted. In such a case, you can create a workflow rule that triggers on deleting a record and associate a workflow alert to the rule.
Data Backup Enhancements: We made some changes to the UI in the Request Data Backup feature. With the recent enhancements, we have provided the option to request data backup just once, weekly, biweekly and monthly. Additionally, you can cancel the schedule whenever you want.
Criteria Pattern Editor in Reports: In addition to custom List Views and Workflow Rules, the Criteria Pattern Editor is now available in Reports too.
