Workflow triggering emails on visit

I'm working on setting up automated emails (workflow) sent to clients when they visit a certain page. The challenge is how only to send 1 email even if they have multiple visit records. I'd like to limit the amount of automated emails to 1 per day per contact, no matter how many visits.

Any ideas?
