Workflow upon edit, not consistant
Hi,
I have set up our Potentials module, an email template and a workflow which emails the potential owner if a checkbox "Email Copy" is checked.
I have the workflow set to Create or Edit. Creating a Potential, this works perfectly. But if I edit, I don't receive another email.
What seems to be happening is the system only realizes a change has been made if I edit the "Email Copy" field. It appears to be working as if I were using the "Field Update" option for workflows.
