Within the last few days we have noticed that many of our previously functioning workflows are not functioning. This is happening in both custom and non-custom modules, and is not happening with all of our workflows. The workflows not functioning seem to be isolated to the Create and Create/Edit options in 'When'. The conditions and actions do not seem to be a culprit in the non-functionality. 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any troubleshooting ideas?
