Just wondering if anyone over at zoho has come up with a time line for when the CRM IMAP system will actually work?
By work i mean also having the
Email Tab in the crm with our email accounts and folders etc.
Clearly only being able to check email by going to a crm Lead / contact etc is not a working integration.
We are anxiously waiting to pay for an additional 4 users once you can get this working! I can only imaging how many other companies have been forced to use one crm account instead of many because of this obvious problem.
