We have many agents using Zoho CRM now. What we did not realize is that there is no way to work potentials as a team. It is extremely important for certain sales organizations to work or collaborate on potentials. With Zoho there is no way to add any additional users to an potential, task or event. This is a design flaw and should be corrected as soon as possible. You should have the ability to add users to a potential so ALL users working on that potential can follow it through to a sale.
