Working with agents and distributors
Our business way is:
- We make a contact, it´s posssible than this contact help us with the selling processing (life distributor or subagent) or not (only contact)
- The contact can give us an account
- Sometimes the contact recieve any comission, sometimes don´t receive
I think the best way for us in Zoho CRM it´s considerating "contact" if the person or company don´t help us at the moment with the selling processing and "vendor" in another case
