Coming from Gmail to Zoho, I cannot get the hang of the behavior in conversation view. When I click on Delete, I expect the whole conversation to go away, but it doesn't. Sometimes the only thing that happens is that one message changes font. It feels like I can't do *anything* while I'm reading messages. It's tedious to go back to the inbox to deal with a conversation. Other times, I click on a conversation because a new message has arrived, and it doesn't even open to the new message. All I get is a button that says "New message." I can't scroll. I have to press the button.

My main question is whether there's any guide to help me understand how conversations differ between Gmail and Zoho. But my second (rhetorical) question is why does Zoho make conversation view so difficult to use?
