Working with my meeting dasboard

Hi, I've schedule a meeting with a client and create a it on ZOHO CRM under open activities. Later, the closed activities update of that meeting is still showing up in my meeting dashboard. My question is why didn't it disappear from my meeting dashboard after the meeting date has been gone.?
