Working with ZoHo with subscription based business model
Hi,
We have been happily using ZoHo for some time now. The only problem is that due to our subscription based business model, we cannot configure ZoHo to work optimally, since it is build around traditional business selling products. Ideally, we would like to add subscriptions to our accounts (instead of products), analyse our montly recurring revenue over time and offer renewal contracts to our customers.
Does anyone have the same issue? I would be pleased to share suggestions and solutions to overcome this problem. Using high end subscription billing & payment applications (f.i. Zuora) is not an option for us, since it is too expensive.
