Worst support ever!
Hi,
I just wanted to share my experience with the Zoho Support.
I subscribed to Zoho CRM Plus, but after the first month I found out that I should use another e-mail address with domain mapping etc., so that my company is better integrated.
I asked the Zoho Support if they could move my zoho account to the other e-mail address or just change the e-mail or whatever they need to do so that I can use all Zoho Apps (CRM, Support, SalesIQ etc.) with the new e-mail. I already had subscribed to Zoho Mail with the new e-mail address.
Even though there might be some problems, such as I have to delete one account (which is not easy) in order to have the e-mail address available in the other account, the main problem is the poor "attendance" and "listening" of the Zoho Support. I am waiting now for 3 (THREE) weeks and only today they managed to move CRM to the new address, after I gave them all logins and passwords (because I was not able to do it, wrong information etc.).
However, I also asked to have all the data from the other apps (salesIQ, Support, Projects) etc. moved, but this is still not done!! I asked them several times, but I always have to wait ONE day to get a response. I guess the reason is that I am in Europe and the support is in India or similar, so I have to wait until the next day to get a response.
Honestly, I never had such a bad support. I used Zendesk, Smartertools and several others, but even the Microsoft support is better than Zoho and this means a lot!! ;-)
I was looking for some kind of complaint form or something, but I couldn't find anything. Other companies send me immediately a request to rate the support, but I did not get anything from Zoho. What I got is lost time. You need a lot of patience!!
I don't list the names of the support staff, I think that's not for a public forum. But if I would get a rating survey or something, I would list them.
Sorry, your product is good, but your support is weak!!
