Writer collabedit mode: Document content not loaded when multiple users do save at almost same time

Hi,

I was testing the edit/save option using ZOHO Writer and noticed that the document became unusable after a testing scenario. The editor doesn’t load the document content anymore.

I tried using the option to check the status of the document and it returned

{"result": {"docid":"89182","isPresent":"true","collaboratorsCount":"0"}}

 The “isPresent” status says true when there are no collaborators online.

 Please find below the scenario I used to test the edit/view of document.

1) User X Opens the document in edit mode
2) User Y Opens the document in edit mode and joins the same session as X.
3) I edited the first line of the document as User X, and User Y edits last line of the document.
4) I could now see both the changes appearing on the editor for both users.
5) I tried to save the document at almost the same time by both User X and User Y from their respective sessions.
6) Now I see the message Saving the document appearing on the editor for both users and it just stays there.
7) I closed both the user sessions and tried to open the document, it doesn’t load the content anymore.
 
Any suggestions on this would be very helpful.
