I had the same problems when saving it as a .docx file which is understandable considering how complex MS Word is, so I tried saving my resume as a PDF so that potential employers could view it correctly seeing as I no longer have Word.  The problem is, after I save it as a PDF, many of the lines of text are moved out of place.  This is definitely an unfortunate problem I'm hoping someone could help me resolve.
